EFFECTIVE COACHING IS THE CORNERSTONE OF LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION.
Great leaders don't just manage—they ignite potential.
~Brene Brown
In this immersive intensive, education leaders master both the foundational principles (the science) and the nuanced skills (the art) of effective coaching. Whether you're coaching teachers, developing leadership team members, or strengthening your own coaching approach, this intensive provides the frameworks, tools, and practice needed to become a transformational coach.
What to Expect
Coaching is both a science and an art—requiring proven frameworks combined with the ability to read situations, ask powerful questions, and create meaningful change. At the end of this intensive, leaders will have developed a comprehensive coaching toolkit and the confidence to use it effectively in real situations.
Four Core Components:
The Science - Research-based coaching frameworks and models
The Art - Building relationships, reading people, and adapting your approach
The Practice - Hands-on coaching scenarios with real-time feedback
The Application - Creating sustainable coaching systems in your organization
Across three days, leaders will move from theory to practice, developing both the technical skills and the intuitive abilities that make coaching transformational.
Day One: Foundations of Effective Coaching
Day Two: Advanced Coaching Conversations & Difficult Situations
Day Three: Building Coaching Culture & Sustaining Growth
Guiding Questions:
What makes coaching conversations truly transformational?
How do I balance support with accountability in my coaching?
What coaching frameworks and tools work best in different situations?
How do I create a sustainable coaching culture in my organization?
