Built on Data is designed for school and district leaders at any experience level who are working to build or strengthen a data-driven culture with their teams. Since data should inform everything we do, all school-based and district leaders are encouraged to attend — regardless of where they are in their data journey.
Yes — participants are asked to complete a light prework assignment before the program begins. A reading and brief survey will be shared two weeks in advance. If possible, bring your school's strategic plans and goals — we'll use that information during each session's application and practice time to make your learning as relevant and actionable as possible.
Absolutely — and we strongly encourage it. This intensive is most impactful when your full leadership team attends together. Our sessions are heavily collaborative and planning-focused, so having your team in the room means you leave with shared language, shared systems, and a shared commitment to your data culture.
No worries — you may reschedule for a different date or send a proxy in your absence. Simply email us at registration@theenrichededucator.org. Please note that cancellations made one week or more in advance will receive a 50% refund. After that point, registrations are non-refundable.
Yes! Built on Data is the first course in our Data Driven Decisions professional learning series. Subsequent sessions give leaders the opportunity to go deeper — building on the foundation established here and developing more advanced data leadership skills over time. We recommend completing this course before enrolling in later sessions in the series.
