Yes. Once your session is confirmed, you'll receive a short set of reflection questions 24–48 hours in advance. These aren't complicated — just honest thinking about what's on your mind and what you want to walk away with. Coming prepared makes all the difference.
Within 24 hours of our session, you'll receive a written summary of what we discussed and a one-page action plan personalized to your next steps, including any resources or support Dr. Jas recommends for your specific situation.
No. The Clarity Catalyst is a standalone session — no ongoing commitment required. It's designed to deliver immediate value on its own. That said, many leaders find that the work we do together opens the door to deeper coaching. If that feels like a fit, we'll talk about it — but there's no pressure and no obligation.
