Is this just for one school, or can it work for a district?

The Groundwork is scoped for a single campus or organization. If you're leading multiple sites or a district-wide initiative, reach out for a custom proposal, since the timeline and investment will look different.

Do we need to have already tried strategic planning before?

Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with no formal plan in place. Others have a plan that didn't hold up. Either way, we start with what's true right now.

Who needs to be involved from our team?

Your leadership team should plan to participate in the interviews and the planning session. The more voices we hear from during Discovery, the stronger your roadmap will be.

What happens after the roadmap is delivered?

Many leaders choose to continue into an Implementation engagement, where we support your team in putting the roadmap into action. We'll talk through whether that's the right next step for you during our final readout.
