The best feedback doesn't wait for a meeting next week. It shows up while it can still change the lesson.
Why This Workshop
Coaching that changes practice today
Most feedback reaches teachers days after the moment has passed. Real time coaching closes that gap. A quick cue, a whispered prompt, or a brief model can shift a teacher's practice on the spot, and students feel it right away.
Done well, it builds trust. Done without a plan, it can feel like being watched. This session shows you the difference.
What We'll Do Together
See it. Name it. Do it.
See it
Watch real time coaching in a culture moment on video, then in a live instructional model. Track what the coach does and catch what goes wrong.
Name it
Unpack the Criteria for Success for strong RTC and the setup conversation that has to happen before you ever step into the room.
Do it
Practice in small groups, moving from the least to the most invasive coaching moves, with feedback and a chance to try it again.
