In three focused weeks, your team will unpack the five tenets of transformational leadership, build a dynamic school-year plan, and step into the new year with clarity, cohesion, and confidence.

Build a strategic, detailed plan for your first 60 days of school — so your team hits the ground running from day one instead of figuring it out on the fly.

Structure your leadership team's working dynamics to drive strong implementation, shared ownership, and collective accountability throughout the year.

Plan and practice your first All-Staff Meeting — with a focus on clear, compelling communication of your vision, goals, and priorities for the year ahead.

This intensive is designed specifically for school leadership teams — principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, and other school-based leaders — who are preparing to lead transformational change in the upcoming school year. It is most impactful when attended as a full team.
Yes — participants are asked to complete a light prework assignment before the program begins. A reading and brief exercise will be shared two weeks in advance. Some school data may also be requested to personalize your planning experience.
Absolutely — and we strongly encourage it. This intensive is most powerful when your full leadership team attends together. The collaborative planning sessions are designed for teams, and the collective alignment your team builds during this experience is one of its greatest benefits.
No worries — you may reschedule for a different date or send a proxy in your absence. Simply email us at registration@theenrichededucator.org. Please note that cancellations made one week or more in advance will receive a 50% refund. After that point, registrations are non-refundable.
