Our work is firmly rooted in the fact that in order to be successful in changing our educational landscape, we must first embrace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as core values. We brighten the line between core values and priorities by iterating that priorities tend to change and shift, while core values are ingrained in our being and essence. They reflect who and how we are as humans, leaders, and educators. Therefore, our work hones in on reflective and restorative practices as we strive to become antiracist change agents.
5 Phased Training Process
Synchronous & Progressive Learning
As an integral part of our DEI work, The Enrich.Ed. team provides a series of collaborative trainings that follow a progressive scope and sequence, moving you along the path of awareness, allyship, advocacy, and action. These trainings are facilitated in a group setting so that teams are able to learn and grow with each other. We provide our training participants with Continuing Education Credits and a Certificate of Completion upon meeting our participation criteria.
LEARNING IS A GIFT AS MUCH AS IT IS A PROCESS
We define effective Professional Learning as structured time and opportunity that results in a positive transformation of practices, outcomes, and mindsets. We take our time in each of our workshops to ensure that our participants are savoring and digesting every ingredient to become enrich.ed. and well fed. We make the best use of our time together by combining practicality and creativity to curate the learning experiences that will positively shift practice.
