What to Expect

Knowing and naming the vision is the necessary work cultivating a positive and safe school culture. At the end of this workshop, leaders have taken a four-step journey that has led them to a well-crafted vision of excellence for school culture that is clear, concise, compelling, and charges people forward.

Across the span of two sessions, leaders will collaborate with other leaders to identify what school culture means within their halls and classrooms.
