The Transformative Leader Summer Planning Intensive is a three week program that will leave School Leaders feeling empowered and equipped to lead change initiatives for themselves, their teams, and school building for the upcoming school year. We work with individuals and teams to unpack the five tenets of transformational leadership and learn how to effectively & strategically apply them during planning for the upcoming year.
